Energy Blasting Exercise

      Okely-doke. Just a little exercise to help you expel energy from your body. Doesn't matter from where.

  1. Charge up the area you wish to practice "blasting" from.
  2. Start grounding and energy breathing.
  3. Visualize energy rushing out of the body area in a constant form.
  4. Keep pushing and pushing, using the energy that you're absorbing to supply yourself.
  5. Do this for as long as possible.

     After doing this, you'll be able to expel energy faster, stronger, and harder. Thanks for reading.
