Energy Balls / Psi Balls
Hello, I am new to all this stuff and I would like to know how I know if I have created an energy ball, do I see it? How do I know if I am not just imagining I am creating one, also, if I am, how do I create one?
Also how do I make things out of this energy, eg weapons or somethign

just know...that the energy ball is the MOST EASY part. anyone who said it was hard is a noob. we all first learned the psiball on our first day. just remember that it is like moving your arm. google how to make a psi ball, and there is an ehow article on it. thats where i learned.

Well basically everything you visualize is real and then when you feel something between your hands like heat,tingling,pressure,magnetic,coldness,etc you know you've made one to make one just hold your hands out like you are holding a ball then you visualize a ball of energy just hovering between your hands, feel this ball of energy, also hear it, taste it, etc and you don't see it unless you have auric vision or your 3rd eye is open
