Introduction

Energies of nature or meridian energies you can find them when you walk in the forest or swim in a lake, example. Do you want to become more connected to nature and mother Earth? Here i put key to it. When you make your connection to nature stronger, you can feel much bliss, example, for swimming if your connection to water-element is great. Or if you are one with elemental energy of plants and forests, you are like magnet with them, your pranic/ki energy is connected to life force-energy of trees and plants, and you feel yourself balanced and blissful while you walk through forest. Here is seven types of energy; earth, water, fire, nature, air, lunar and solar. You know very easily, what is your natural element, but think if all elements can be your elemental energies.

About abilities

I think that many people who read that is psionic and thats why i tell you about possibilities of elemental energies. You learn to absord life energy from nature (you can feel profound bliss and use energies for healing). Atmokinesis is second ability, what comes natural to you, when works with elemental energies of mother Earth. Other abilities i have listed below (these abilities dont come naturally but it helps you to learn them):

Earth - Geokinesis/terrakinesis

Water - Aquakinesis/hydrokinesis and cryokinesis

Fire - Pyrokinesis

Nature - Bliss and healing (comes naturally)

Air - Aerokinesis (and atmokinesis, what comes naturally)

Lunar - Telepathy and clairvoyance (become stronger, cause purify third eye)

Solar - Seven sense (oness, purify crown center)

To end...

Start to opening of chakras, this is first point what must to notice. When your chakras are open, you are open to level of elemental energies. Notice that there is nothing paranormal or even supernatural, all what you can do is natural, but media have teach that here is some "normal" point. Its not true! Be one with elemental energies is normal. I could make second part of this topic someday, where i teach you, how to strenghten your connection with elements.
