EM techs please

Does anyone had any EM techs for moving energy smoothly and efficiently, throughout the body? I'm wanting to get back into EM again, because I've taken too long of a break. I also want to know any techs for building up energy in my naval chakra. I can't remember what the other word for it is. Something like Dan-tien or something) like I've never really used that but ive always heard about it. Thanks to any and all who may help.
