Electrokinesis?

So After Trying To Practice Telekinesis,I Kind Of Took Some Time Off Out Of It,And tried other kinesis like Aerokinesis,but no luck at all.Then I tried A Tech In Electrokinesis(Visualizing Electricity Inside The Body)
I Focused On My Right Hand Which Has A Watch,And Visualized That There are Electric Lines inside it,then my hand felt diffrent,nothing i experienced ever since i wore my watch.

I Then Practiced With My Other Body Parts Like My Elbow,Arm,Legs,And feet,I Tried It With My Elbow And It Felt Like My Elbow Was Numb,Along With My Arm,Legs And Especially My Feet Which Feels Like It's Being Electrocuted With A Weak Amount Of Electricity,I Tried It With My Dress And Rubber Shoes But It Still Felt The Same.

I Then Told This To My Friends Who Believe In Kinesis,I Asked My Friend If He Could feel Anything And He Did In The First Try,But In My Other Tries,He Felt Nothing,I Also Tried To Shoot It With My Fingers,But Only I Could Feel It

So,Is This Electrokinesis?
What If It's Just My Mind Making Me Feel It,But No Electricity.
What If It Is?Will It Become Visible?
How Can Make Others Feel It?Or Even Shoot It?

1-Yes, it is, practise regularly, and you'll improve much faster.
2-Your mind making it is the whole point, don't worry, only you can feel it for now because it is still very weak.
3- Yes, with enough practise.
4-You'll figure that out yourself, all in due time.

(lol, Some people ignore putting cap letters in the first letter of every sentence, but you are using it too much)
