Electro-shield:

1.Close your eyes and image electricity flowing inside your body.

2.Then mix it your ki in your dan tian.

3.Make normal ki-flame, but this time, visualize ki-flame is full for electricity and it sparking and crackling around your body.

4.Make elctric-shield around your body and hold it there 5 minutes.

5.After a week you can see results.
