eh im bored so ill give u a bunch of randome techs for all the kinesises i have mastered.

AREOKINESIS 

OOkAY :D 

lets first get to know aerokinesis through our little work out.

Warm up/ wind summoning

1) go outside or some where where wind can be moved.

2)close ur eyes and feel the wind with ur mind body and soul.. get to know the wind.

3) now visualize there are thing strings connecting from your arms to the air and every time your arm moves so does the air.

4) now open your eye but keep in mind that ur the puppet master and the air is your puppet, as you will it to move in a certain direction it WILL move. 

5) now with you mind and body pull the wind towards you summoning it the rush at you so you can feel it flowing around your body.

and that is the wind summoning

this tech i will teach u to explode........... yes.... explode IN ELECTRICITY

1) gather as much electricity as u can from my other article electricity absourbtion.. but the diffrense is that you will not be keeping the electrocity in your hand but let it flow freeling in your body

2) compact it in your body under your skin and keep compacting it untill you feel like every part of your body is going to explode.

3) now release all that pint up electrcity in one giant bast!

this should cause a bright flash and tazer and one within a distance. its like making you body into a bomb!!

Telekinesis moving small object

1) charge youself with energy

2) make a connection to the object you want to move... lets just say a tissue

3) get to know the tissue... ( no i am not crazy) don't talk to the tissue like and idiot.. >.> but merge your enery together and try to find the tissues vibration and change yours to match.

4) you can merge energies through your hand or mind but the one that merges will be the one that moves it.

5) slowlyforce the tissue to bend or scrunch together but intend and force with you mind but all you have into the movement of your object, anger, regenge, happyness, confusion, thoughts.

6) practice and record how well you did from the first try to the most rusults seen
