Documents Uploader?

Okely-doke. As many of you now know, I am writing several textbooks and such that would be too big to fit into one article. I have a documents page where the neopsions can download them when I finish, but I would like the mytk users to see them as well.

So I was thinking, shouldn't there be a page where all users can upload doc files and pdfs?

Others could also upload documents, or if they made a story or manga related to psionics, it could be posted there as well. I hope you take my idea into consideration.

i am doing mangas realted to psionics but the manga style is a little bit diffrent to the normal.
