My First OBE

I was in sleep paralysis, and I heard a lot of buzzing noises, then I thought about myself leaving my body. It actually worked. I got freaked out and woke up, cause I had never experienced that.

When I woke up, it all felt like a dream, but I know this actually happened.

The OBE just feel weird the reason i woke up it felt like my soul was beeing lifted out of my body
