Dark Arts lesson one

Hey guys guardian here!!!

first off i would like to say sorry to all of my class that i am sooooo sorry that it took so long to get this up on the site, I have had a ton of homework recently and infact i am doing homework as I write this. Anyway on with the tech. This one is a basic one just to get the feel of the types of energy we will be working with, now keep in mind this energy is strong and useful but can backfire if it gets outta hand... So practice alot!

 

The Negative Energy Ball

 

In order to perform this tech you should...

Be in a dark room (for begginers, for advanced i would suggest creating this or summoning this energy from another source other than darkness)

be prepared (this just means you have to want to do this)

 

The Tech:

stand in the room and feel the energy around you as you stand their feel yourself getting either angry or just think about things that make you mad (like for example a bully or a suicide) you could also think of evil things (like for example vampires, werewolves, ect) then create a psi ball in your hands, and fill it with all that hate and anger (or feelings of darkness, in order to do this you must WANT to do this). When i do this i normally visualize a gas in my head and see it filling with my anger and push it into my psi ball, but you  may want to do it differently, and thats okay. Once the 'gas' is inside your psi ball you are now ready for the next step. Fill the ball with the dark energy from the room, all the fear and negative energy from the dark room you are in should now be pushed into the psi ball. You have don it, good job!!! Not as hard as it sounds but it does take practice to master, and again for beginers i would suggest a dark room. if you fear the dark remember, the dark isnt something to fear it is something that can be controled.

This isn't good for the following reasons:

You could easily invoke the energy that you're raising and bring it into yourself, causing all sorts of illnesses and misfortunes to happen and you are left wondering why.
You never made up an affirmation, if you're working with energy you don't just visualize it you actually have to have an affirmation otherwise it won't work and you can forget about it.
Lastly; you never cleaned your aura and chakras afterwards. You could get all of the negative energy trapped in you that you just raised.

*sigh* this is lunark... lunark is the manipulation of negative energy and im not saying all are evil... I am saying if youcant get mad or arent mad you could think of things that YOU think are evil, like maybe a demon... I am not saying anything bad towards them... and tyler I suggest you look up on your knoledge before telling someone they are wrong
