i am trying to learn cyro kinesis for two months

i started on dec 2011 i dnt know the exact day

i looked for other description about cyro kinesis at the internet

searching the instruction for how to learn it.

when i found a instruction of how to make a psiball i tried it and i felt my hand cold

and now on i tried to make my 1 hand become cold and its work sometimes i make it alternative

the one hand got cold than the temperature of my other hand

but i didnt visualize the energy after all

im just focusing my aura into my hand

how should i master this skill

please give me some instruction of mastering cyro kinesis
