Cryokinesis help

Ive been doing cryokinesis for a while now and now I need to know how to freeze water. If you know how, then I would really appreciate it if you posted how. thanks in advance.

what would be a good way for me to build my ki?

nightstalker is right but you need one month of conditioning and have to train your ki constantly

You have to make sure you become one wIth ice first and condition yourself. Elements are alive and have a mind of their own. Respect and befriend ice and then begin to work with it. By becoming one with the element, you will understand all of its principles and how the element works and is manipulated. Same with fire. You also must build your ki. Good luck. A good way to freeze water is to make the Ki in your hand react with the water by imagining the Ki and water surrounding it turn to ice.practice alot
