well try empathy and telepathy and try to tell them you mean no harm to them and you want to be friends :D simple..... if the thing isn't set on eating you >.>

You know what I meant :) Of course I didnt mean tame. I just couldnt think of the right word for it... befriend?

You forget only a few will be non sentiant. Much of the life that will appear will be as intelligent as you or I, if not more so. Don't get ahead of yourself expecting to tame them. They might just see you as a tasty morsel.

I think some people have a natural affinity for certain animals, spiritual or not. Like somehow I imagine that if there were dragons, you'd get people who are particuarly good at taming them. But honestly I have no idea. I hope so.

I'm pretty decent with taming animals. But it's probably nothing compared to creatures on the otherside of the viel...

Depends how good you are at taming XD. I have no idea.
