there are many ways to do that but one of them is to cannect your chakra system to the plant and make your chakra flow in it like a body part after you do that you can control the plant with your chakra it is an easy progress after you master that;you will automaticly learn to change the plants bio.....

Actually this is one of the hardest kinesis to master since you need to know a great deal how a plant works. IF I see you on chatbox I'll tell you how to talk to trees :) and gain energy from them.
