Concentration
Hey im started learning telekinesis a few days ago. I know it
takes some time to learn it but i cant concentrate enough so
can anyone post here some exercises for concentrating?

Try meditating first, then try concentration... Or try this thing, concentrate on pencil nib for some time, without letting any thoughts coming... You can even try looking at particular spot... Anything works as long as u r focussing on a single spot with blank mind
