every chakra have its own effects when open. google with word "chakra test" and u will find test about how open they r. anyway u can sense ur energy flow after some practice.

yep! when u focus to chakra points, u focus ur ki energy to them and that clean negative emotions there. that open particular chakra and then it can move more life-energy through ur energy system causing different effects (and that depends for chakra).
