healing energy first manifests itself by heat, but as you become used to it, it will change. You'll start to feel vibrations of energy that run in certain directions leading you to a different point. I do not know what the force is. I don't know why you feel weak, but keep up a strong defense because I was recently attacted and I am weak also. I have managed to put up a good defense though.

It is just excess energy. excess energy always produces heat. Look up the TIBETAN MONK HEAT MEDITATION and see what it says. Once you let go, you cannot stop unless you have incredible will power. So congrats, you have a lot of energy!

I think it may be vita, that sounds like it (not the hands turning red)but the thermal energy. For me it is healing energy, you describe it that way for you, so it is probably vita. You might be able to use it for pyro though.

i have not mastered it but i think that i can store thermal energy in my hands and "force" them out when i need. i think this energy is used more for vita rather than pyro but ill keep trying to master it. also my hands becomes completely red when i store energy or when i feel the energy so yeah
