actualy you could assemble a robot and use mechakinesis(metakinesis) to make it move.

find a thin piece of metal like a piece of aluminum foil folded twice. here are the desired dementions: 6 inches high by 1 inch wide. make sure you concintrate on the metal and only the metal. ok now hold the foil in your hand (right or left) and visulize the foil bending with your eyes closed. do this for 10-15mins in a dark silent room. when you open your eyes turn on the lights and see if you have bent the metal. the second tech is the same as the first but you use a spoon instead of foil. all the same rules apply.
