i am only startin TK and the only result i got was moving a small piece of paper a little bit. believe me and everyone else when they say TK is real because it is, so try this: place a small piece of paper in the palm of your hand, concentrate on it for about 2 minutes then move two of your fingers over it, you should feel some kind of magnetic force between your fingers and the paper, practice this a few times and you'll get it, it worked for me so it will work for you. :)

Anybody and everybody can learn kinesis abilities. It's like learning a new language - at first it seems difficult but after practice, it becomes simpler (trust me, i've learned some languages =]). The powers of the brain await anybody who wishes to use them. ~~~~ About elemental balls, make a regular psi/ki ball (techniques are all around the place) and visualize energy of an element coming into you. Visualize that element energy seeping throughout your body and going into the psi ball. Now visualize the psi ball becoming (a bit poorly phrased) the element you chose. When you're done, just let it out or play with it. That's the best I have for now =}
