it stoped working because the admin stoped maintaining it. and yogi the third eye is an eye in the center of your forhead that is able to boost your telekinetic abilitys if you open it, basicly like a chakra in your head that only a few people have.

What the heck is going on? psiguy doesn't want to grow up, it's Twilar's birthday (hurrah!) and some other person want to get emailed about how to do telekinesis? ~~ psiguy, growing up is a part of life physically and psychically (I guess). i am only startin TK and the only result i got was moving a small piece of paper a little bit. believe me and everyone else when they say TK is real because it is, so try this: place a small piece of paper in the palm of your hand, concentrate on it for about 2 minutes then move two of your fingers over it, you should feel some kind of magnetic force between your fingers and the paper, practice this a few times and you'll get it, it worked for me so it will work for you. :)

Anybody and everybody can learn kinesis abilities. It's like learning a new language - at first it seems difficult but after practice, it becomes simpler (trust me, i've learned some languages =]). The powers of the brain await anybody who wishes to use them. ~~~~ About elemental balls, make a regular psi/ki ball (techniques are all around the place) and visualize energy of an element coming into you. Visualize that element energy seeping throughout your body and going into the psi ball. Now visualize the psi ball becoming (a bit poorly phrased) the element you chose. When you're done, just let it out or play with it. That's the best I have for now =}

defence tech 1: if you find yourself traped by a spirit and find that physical objects do not hurt/hit it then here is how to kick that things @$$: imagine ki/psi flowing/coating your arms, legs, hands and feet. feel the energy flowing over them. then get realy angry at the spirit, (this will scare/unsettle the spirit a little) now comes the fun part. charge/lunge foward at the spirit and hit it as hard as you can (it will only hurt it if your fist is coated in psi/ki energy) in eather the face, gut/stomache, groin (if its a male spirit) or chest. repeat using as many blows/kicks as nessacery to eather kill or scare/beat-off the spirit.
