Listen, if you are waiting for somebody to do atmokinesis on your town, and waiting that PK is proved, then why don't you do it yourself? There are atmo techniques dotted all over the web and you could just try PK yourself. It's simple as that.

Whenever I pool psi in between my hands I ask anybody around me to put their hand in between my hands if they want. When anybody does it, their hand always shakes, no matter how hard they try to keep it still and they also report flashing dots in between my hands. Regarding the part about the hands shaking, is that caused by the higher vibrations of the energy? And also what may the flashing dots symbolize? If anybody could answer, that would be great.

Ok if its impossible to learn to absorb, how will I be able to read people? Will I ever be able to read people? Cause I know that I can do absorbition. Just that Its not strong.
