Telekinesis is bullcrap. It defies physics. I was afool before, but now I have realized that our mind was made to be limited inside our brains only. We cannot release that power from our mind and disturb the molecules or conjure force. Mind-power cannot be transformed into a physical force or push by mixing our "energy" into it.

shit i got roaches crawling trew my run down house,the last thing i worried about is cleaning , one time this girl though my house was abandoned

I would start with balls of foil actually, or strips of tissue paper, those you could wreak havoc with, stick with the strips for a while, until you can move it bout 6 inches or so ( use a ruler) It's kinda funny to do it with your friend(s), everybody teases at the guy so valiantly trying to pointlessly move tissue parer.. XD but it works, and you should master something before you move on, it's .... cleaner.
