well currently i can perform vitakinesis on myself, minor telepathy, minor empathy, and i can mildly control fire, i used to be able to use: metakinesis, telekinesis, pryo(to a greater extent), astral dreaming(projection while asleep(witch actually gives you full vision of the realm and better control), and i could see the future until a couple months ago, now i seem to attract spirits that i don't know.

Cor is just a different type of energy in you, it's usually "deeper inside" nd it is supposed to feel more like crude oil, and yes, it seems to be denser, which makes them able to just go through most ambient shields , the psi mostly is gaseous like, not strong enough.
