PIT, torture in the first place is illegal. No "age limit" seems to matter. Area 51 is an aerospace and hypersonic aircraft research facility, "groom lake", and it hosted several nuclear tests on the lake . No RV's there, it's, as far as I know, not CIA, which did Stargate.
