Kenny, thats just disgusting and something that isnt needed to be told. That isnt any type of kinesis. Moving a part of your body is just moving your body. Nothing special there, and kinesis is controlling objects, elements, or even time that isnt your body. But you would have to simply learn about it and practice the techniques to improve it before you can actually perform it. Although with some, it takes time, and with others, quicker. Everyone learns at different speeds and will be different for others. Anyways, if you want to chat about something, go to the chatbox which REALLY should be one of the tabs. 0.o

Would this be a easy way to open your 3rd eye? Place 3 cards face down, all different faces, looks, colors, ect. Pick a card, and then lay your dominant hand over that card, then do the same with the other. Concentrate on that card for a little bit by calming yourself to get a clear focus of what card you have under your hands but with the eyes open. Then place where your 3rd eye is in the center of those hands like literally place your forehead and have the 3rd eye centered on your hands and then concentrate on that card with the eyes closed this time. When I did it, whatever main image flashes I got, the card had those exact same symbols and the like, meaning I got it right everytime I tried this. I did this only like, 4 times in one night. Then I got bored. But this this be a good way to help the 3rd eye activation?
