Meditating is hard isn`t it ? I mean to do nothing, think nothing, being irritated by the smallest amount of noise. Well if it is necessary I will do it but I think that part will be hard for me. Thanks for the information. Oh I nearly forgot, how long do I have to meditate per day and when is the best time to do it?

well but I made a match go out and I shocked someone ! I really did that ! I can`t do it very often but I try to make it become better. I made both things around 4 (pyro) and 6 (electro) times, I think. Most of the time (299/300 tries or something like that )it didn`t work. I admit that but like I said I`m new new and I don`t understand everything. I just focus and on something and that is it. Well I used an electrokinesis guide I copied a long time ago from a site. I found that on my computer in the order with some documents of mine and thought it is interesting and I tried it. It is very hard and I am still not sure if that is the real thing or not. I mean you know the feeling when you touch metal and get a little shock ? My english is not good enough to describe the name of this physical process, sorry. I made that shock around 6 times with my will on my brother. I think that I made it my self but hey I really don`t know if that works that way. If you can give me some tips or tell me that what I was doing was wrong please do that. I don`t want to try something that will never work. So what exactly should I do ?

Secondly, dont lie and say you did! This is something that takes loads of time to learn. I hae been studying for more than 6 months and i have done nothing yet. But your minds eye is what you see and imagine in your head. Like taking a still shot of this screen that you see here and then concentrating on it in your head.

honestly, you just need to relax your eyes you are focusing for to long and you are straining them. Do some minds eye focusing for a while and quit using your real eyes so much. Do you know what minds eye focusing is?
