you medatate by going to a dark and quiet place and relaxing, after you are relaxed gather your psi. gather it by imagining a ball of light (or energy) and imagin yourself absorbing the light (or energy) then focus your gathered psi energy into whatever you want to do with it like making a coin levatate.

HEY EVERY ONE OUT THERE I THINK I FIGURED OUT SOMETHING VERY IMPORTANT ABOUT TK, WHEN YOUR BRAIN KNOWS THERE IS A REWARD WHEN U INFLUENCER THE OBJECT U WILL HAVE SUCCESS WITH IT. MY EXPERIENCE SUPPEOTING THIS EXPIREMENT IS THIS... WHEN I WENT TO RENO (ILL SKIP DETAILS) I WENT TO THE COIN MACHINE WHERE U PUT A COIN IN AND THE COIN U DROP IN PUSHES THE COIN AND WHEN 1 COIN FALLS U GET 7 TICKETS.so i pked it and it worked almost every time i attempted it. and when i came home i tried it and the coin didnt move for crap and whenever i try it it doesnt work and i get upset. and so my brain is "set" to only pk mode when i get a reward like seven tickets and do u know what my worst fear is ... that when i go back to a machine like that it will not work. so if any one has any good advice for me i would go crazy if u didnt write an article about it thank u very muck and have a wonderfull day!!

I have cryokinesis and and i cant control it! its not a joke this is not a role play i wake up covered in frost. sometimes glass cup shatter in my hand cuasing me to get cut even trying to drink is a pain i once bought a pink lemonade from a wendy's and i froze it dropped it and it shatterd like glass nad people stared.
