Cold eyes?
So I practiced cryokinesis earlier today and I felt my eyes turning really cold. It felt like there was ice behind my eyes and it made me shiver. Has anyone else experienced this? What do I have to do to stop this from happening again? Please, I really have to learn cryokinesis the right way and I want to be able to do it without messing up.3 Comments

limit the flow of energy to your hands. focus on channeling it around your eyes rather then through. when i work with dark energy i channel it around my chakras rather then through. it's hard but works for me.

I havnt and im back from my long vacation everyone (it only been for like a week) and try to ask the cryokenisis teacher
