clone technique!!!

my new technique idea that i thought of..not proven.. the actual clone it self is very similar to narutos shadow clone jutsu, but the way to create the clone is different i think.

here is my favorite way of thinking how it should be like.

first do a strong power up (try to get  double or triple of your normal energy amount). then send somewhere between half to two-thirds of your current energy outside of your body. now have the energy go though you entire body and copy everything mental and physical now place the energy right in front of you it should be an exact copy of you... now if you want you can test it by making it go to your friends house and seeing if your friend thinks it is really you... it would be better if your friend didnt have any abilities.

i was told that energy fades rather quickly so you should try to have the energy maintain itself for at least 5 minutes. right before the clone fades completely have it always send you a copy of its experiences and stuff like that. example you make the clone then tell it to meditate for a bit/train on a ability. before it fades away send a copy of the training and development of the ability to the real self.
