Fist sit down in a comfortable spot
1.visualze yourself as a ghost looking in a mirror
2.think about what color you want your eyes to be
what i mean by that think about yourself looking in a
mirror with the eye color you desire.
3.you must also believe that you can do it or it wont work

What you really need to do is focus on your mood and your eye color changes anyways, especialy when you have a good flow of energy
