Got an idea to create a simple (but possibly too long, sorry) chakra test, so you can check out how well do your chakras work. Answer to questions with 0, 1, 2 or 3 (0 = no/rarely, 1 = somehow/sometimes, 2 = usually, 3 = yes/always). Calculate your results, so maximum score can be 24 points in each chakra. More than 10 points will mean the chakra is open/enough active. If you get 20 or more points, and the chakra-couple is under-active, it possibly means there exist over activity.

Root

1. Are you very healthy, strong and physical?

2. Are you active and energetic?

3. Do you have strong will and do you achieve most of your goals?

4. Are you purposeful?

5. Are you, instead of daydreaming, aware of the situation and your senses?

6. Do you like colors red and brown?

7. Are you strong (mentally, emotionally and physically)?

Sacral

1. Do you enjoy much for physical activities?

2. Are you sexual and do you enjoy for your sexuality?

3. Do you like color orange?

4. Do you enjoy for challenges and new experiences?

5. Are you courageous/fearless?

6. Do you allow your emotions flow freely without trying to control or suppress them?

7. Do you enjoy for life?

8. Do you have high self-esteem?

Navel

1. Do you like meet new people?

2. Are you impulsive and outgoing?

3. Are you self-confident?

4. Do you like color yellow?

5. Do you have strong sense of personal power?

6. Are you optimistic?

7. Do you feel free to act upon what you want?

8. Can you work in a group?

Heart

1. Are you joyous and positive?

2. Do you accept other people, no matter how different they are?
