Some teas are good for the chakras, but mainly drinks other than water just harm you by loading you full of toxins. Notice I said mainly, meaning some drinks like carbonated water, some teas, and other natural-ish drinks do not count in this.

Teas of almost all kinds are good for energy work, i stick with green tho it is my favorite. Its more helpful for you if you dont add anything to it. ie Sugar/honey. this keeps what little energy from the plant that was in it as pure as it was before the sifting and chopping
