can someone please help

ok i know that i probobly sound like an idiot for asking this but i don't know how to start learning anything on here

can someone please help me to get started? i will be grateful for any help

 

p.s i thought i'd mention this, ignore it if you want but can someone help me find out if i'm human or not,  really want to know and while it doesn't matter too much it would be appreciated if someone would help me with this

Start by meditating daily and doing concentration excercises. Also work on energy manipulation there are multiple articles if you type in search. :)
