BUMP: Rasen Shuriken

PROJECT RASEN SHURIKEN

YES, TROLLS, I HAVE DONE THIS...

 

 

First things first, despite what the title says, know that this project won't be like on naruto, but more of special constructs similar to jutsus on that show. If you believe this is fluff, then click the back button now.

 

I started by noting key aspects of how naruto creates a rasen shuriken. Naruto controls the change in form, and then imbues it with air energy. He then programs it to attack the energy system. I made improvisations. This is how I think this should work.

 

 

 

 

PART ONE: CREATION

 

1. Make a Rasengan. The tech is here. [No outside links, Read Rules. Mod.]

 

2. Pump some air power in. Make that energy whip around like a pinwheel on a windy day.

 

3. Pump more psi, and more wind energy. Now, for programming. We want it to attack the energy system of the one it hits. We want it to first prick at their pressure points, then explode into a swirling mass of wind(This obviously won't be as big as on the show.) We want it to have physical power, so it should also apply a pushing force on their psi.

4. Just keep pumping energy until there is a WHOLE lot.

 

5. When there is enough power, add EVEN MORE, so that if you throw it, it can expand. Now would also be a great time to program it to expand when thrown.

PART TWO: THE ATTACK

 You will need a particular throwing technique.

1. Stretch your arm that has the shuriken all the way up. Let it spiral for a few seconds.

2. Jerk it down, and when your arm is at a 60 degree angle, twist your wrist and let it fly. Make it spiral and expand.

3. When it makes contact, let it carry out its programming.
