Bitch-Slapped Smoke

     Okely-doke. I'm going to share a short story about what happened today. I've been training solely in the physical since last night, and I'm already having incredible results.

     Ok, so today was Congregation Appreciation Day at church, right? Well, at the reception, there was a really big meal thing, with a barbecue. So when I finished eating, I went towards the back to stay alone and relax, but there was a bunch of smoke from the BBQ pretty close that was steadily blowing my way. I decided that I didn't want to breathe that in, so I quickly did 'Gripping Wind of Death' and literally used the airhand to bitch-slap the smoke away. The smoke was pushed off, and faded into the wind.

 

     What's the moral of this story? Focusing on one thing at a time pays off.
