bilocation and AStral projection *note im using biocation to reffur to etheric projection
Bilocation and Astral projection are both incrediable abilities. Though they are often thought of as two diffrent things, their actualy both bilocation. The only diffrence is,in bilocation, you are physicaly in two places on the physical realm. Astral projection invovles being in one place in the physical realm, usualy asleep, and in another either in the astral realm,or in the physical realm, but this double isnt a physcial double.
Most bilocation is done subconsciously,so the one doing it doesnt usualy know it. However their are many people wo can control it and they know their doing it.
Astral projection tend to be done by people who also dont know it. Though typicaly their asleep and think of it as a dream.
For both you need to be able to move your consciousness, which is known as remote presence. Being able to percieve people and places and things from another place then whear your at. Though you may learn this while practising Astral projection and bilocation instead of learning it before hand.
Though I think its best to learn Astral rpojection before bilocation. This will warm you up for bilocation, since you can be conscious in the astral body and unconscious in the physical body. When doing bilocation you need to be conscious in both bodies.
So the first step to learning Astral projection, and ultimantly Biloaction is getting into a hynogaugic state. This is whear your unconscious and conscious, this state lies some whear between the theta and delta brain frequence.
When first Astral projecting,it'll be like seeing threw your eye lids when their closed. A good way of getting to this state is to sleep threw a movie,as you close your eyes lightly focus on the movie and still relaxe. You also want to think of you head and your brain and unflex any muscles, then go to your neck and shoulders and unflex any muscles, then arms the torso, and so on,then start over a few times to be sure you dont over look anything. remeber the movie while your doing it. After a few projections you should be able to create your own technique.
Another, possiably easier, method is to get into a lucid dream state. Just lift your heard or arm or anything. If you dont move your real arm, you'll have moved you astral arm. then just get out like that.
When you Astral project you may feel a 'heaviness' like when your on morphine, you may even feel it a while after youv returned to your body. People say that when you go threw something it feels like moving threw water.
During bilocation people claim you will see both places and be fully aware. Though actualy you go bakc and forth threw conscience's swiftly. The only way I can realy describe it is when your trapped somewhear, imagine yourself somewhear else, and get into a deep enough focus. Until your their.
It may be hard to move for a while. So during regular days, you should pay close attention to the motions you go threw while walking, and doing daily shit. Also if your new to energy,or have weak energy, you probably will not make a visiable clone, but still project your consciousness. If your just starting, regardless of your energy, you may not be able to have a very strong energy body, just because you dont send it. But after a few successful tries that should go away.
A good way to test bilocation is to look at a clokc and see if thats the right time,or try to move somthing.

I have talked to a friend who has accomplished Astral Projection, and he used a different method. He told me that he lifted his arm into the air while he was going to sleep, and as the mind falls into the last state of consciousness before REM, the arm fell down upon him, waking up his mind and so, getting access to the Astral Body. I haven't ever forcefully Astral Projected before (which basically means I've never APed successfully using techs), though I do recall APing in a dream I had long ago. Speaking about my friend's method, does it sound familiar to you at all?
