Beginner Atmo
Atmokinesis Is affecting the atmosphere to create any weather. Atmokinesis typicaly takes a few days to work. However if you used it like aerokinesis,it should work just as fast as aerokinesis. to know more about the weather I suggest studying Meterology. Also Id like to explain why its important to know how the weather works,if you caint tell already. Ok so visualization is a big part of most psi activities. And the more indepth you do it,the better right? Or maby its easier to do the small things that make the big ones happen? At any point,konwing this is better for you.
Atmokinesis is big on the activities of the wind currents. You need to be able to affect wind from a distance to do most atmokinetic feets. However near by winds are very important as well. So visualize the wind blowing wear you want it,imagine the hot air hitting the cool air and creating the breeze or gust you desire.
Before I go any further its important to know how pressue systems work. High pressure = evaporating water and getting it into the sky.It come from heat,which comes form excited particles in the air. Low pressure = water vapor and dust falling down to to the ground and creating rain. It coems from cool air,which comes from slow moving particels,when their completly still,they form dry ice. When two diffrent pressure systems hit,they create wind. The stronger the fronts,the stronger the winds. *note cold air goes toward hot air
So to create rain,you will want to find a good pond or lake. Now focus on making the air around you and the lake (or just the lake if your not their) becoming warmer and warmer. Until the water evaporates and floates to the sky. that should be the hard part,now you could just let it naturaly fall either the next day or later the same day. OR you could help it along. If your good enough you can turn the rain into hail. Sounds fun right? Well not for the idiot that doesnt park his car in the garage :].
Before you make hail,you might be able to make snow,however if the tempurate is hot,it might melt before it escapes the cloud. Snow is realy just tiny ice crystals. So making millions of tiny ice crystals that are closed together creates snow. Snow flakes are realy just snow,wraped around soil and dirt that marderns and stays together. The shapes depend on the tempurate of the cloud. The highest clouds have tempuraters of around -30 *F. For the star shapes you need the tempurate goes from 3*F to 10*F. As the 'stars' fall to earth,they spin and become perfectly symetrical. When it goes from 10*F to -18*F the plates form. From 23*F to -27*F needles form.
My personal atmokinetic techniques are for those who wish to get results in the next few minutes,though they only work for one cloud at a time.
As I said before with practising wind,try disipating clouds with the wind. This is done by having a wind current hit the cloud,for beginners it would be smart to start with a branch coming of a big cloud,instead of the whole thing. I remeber when i first started i tried 4 big clouds over the day,and had a migrain for the next 2 1/2 days.
The next one is simular but instead of wind,its cryokinesis. Making a normal cloud into a rain cloud. I usualy focus on the particles slowing down,or picturs of ice and a the cloud dropping,just anything that means cold to you. I suggest focusing on it getting darker.

hmmm...2day i looked da sky and said i wished there would be a hurricane...(i am bit mental). i always think of wind and air. because da weather ch. said it was gonna rain..i didnt feel special that it rained. but b4 i went n2 da house i looked at the street slowly become wet. i put my arms up n concentrated..wind came...duh its rainin..then i moved my arms n a different direction...da wind moved that direction as well...2day i had fun wit da wind and made i hit my face...-_-..i icepack
