Astral Help - URGENT...

Okely-doke. I have not asked a question in a LOONG while (last was 'Astral Heaven???' Like one or two months ago), so I need your help.

Tonight, I am trying to have my first AP. I have been trying for the past few days, but there were things I had been missing, and I tried to fins them, but I could not.

 

Roughly how many minutes did it take to have your first Ap?

Can you give a step-by-step technique on how you did it?

Can I expect to have a subconscious Ap as my first, or a conscious AP?

Can I AP to other places on Earth, or only the astral realm?

Is energy visible in the astral?

What kinds of shields should I put up before Ap'ing?

As for me I always have subconscious APs. Metaphysical energy is a higher frequency than physical energy and so is the astral plane. Because energy and the astral plane make up the 4th dimension, energy is visible, just as light is visible on the physical plane.

Look, youevery day have inconcious APs while dreaming, when you force yoursoul to AP you will surely remember everything

Always keep a shield and a cloack around you in the astral though even though i never been there it might seem dangerous

hey fgopl.while i didn't astral project while doing this,i almost did.i got to excited at the vibrational state.keep a word in your mind and say it over and over again.this is 1000% guaranteed to work.and yes you can go to other places on earth.and energy is most likely visible.
