Okely-doke. Ever since I was five,when I tried to pull an all-nighter, I would often find myself reading the book on my desk, or walking downstairs, only to later realize that I was not reading it, jolting me back to a groggy state. Was this astral projection? .............................. Fgopl the umbra mentor

Possibly. Sometimes I'd do that too when I was younger. Except I have the sensation of falling back into my body.
