An artifact is a universally significant object.

Here are a few that are universally known:

 

The Gatekeeper's crystal: A crystal, that exists in Verse, said to be the source of the Gatekeeper's knowledge.

The Sword of the Lord: A rather melodramatic name for Elohim's sword, a weapon af amazing power.

Mjolnir: Solarius' weapon. It changes shape, but humans know of it as a hammer.

The Chain Trap: A chain that exists in Earth, capable of trapping any soul foolish enough to be lured inside.

Excalibur: Exists on Earth. It is whatever sword that Fate has imbued with power. It can only be used by Fate, and is the only sword capable of extinguishing a body and spirit at the same time.
