Basics

Anahata or also knew Heart is the 4th of the main 7 chakras. Opening Heart chakra is 1 of the most important steps that we can take on our spiritual journey. It is the center of 4D-consciousness, unconditional love, and thats why it have sometimes called "The Gate of The Soul".

Anahatas "lotus" have 12 petals and it is located in the center of the chest, cardiac plexus. Cardiac plexus controls blood system, heart beats and lung breathing. Cristallization of that chakra make controlling of cardiac plexus activity possible, but that takes many years meditation.

Colour: Green, pink

Mantra: YAM

Sense: Touch

Element: Nature

4D-consciousness

3D-consciousness is about physical body and physical reality, 4D-consciousness is focused to unconditional love, selflessness, sympathy and kindness. It is usually called Christ Consciousness. In some spiritual traditions, "The 2nd Coming of Christ" doesnt mean that Jesus comes to surface of Earth again, but it means that all people get Christ Consciousness by rising their understanding.

Purification

You know many people, who are selfish, materialistic, cold and distant. These people have blocked Heart chakra what makes their conscious still in 3D. Their life is without love and compassion. When that center starts open upon, person care about others, like saving whales and forests, and maybe give money to families of Haiti after that earthquake.

To focusing energy to that chakra, visualize green sun at cardiac plexus, while meditate. Other things that can open this chakra are walking in forest, water plants, be with friends, feeling love anyway. Mudra what you can use to increase your feelings, is ready when you hit your thumb and 4th finger together, in both hands.

Colour of Anahata is green so focusing to color green send more energy to that chakra. Use green clothes, watch green etc. Thats also knew in colour-therapy.
