Hey guys Alphos here with the slightly delayed Alphos TP Daily for Monday, February 6th, 2012!

Today, I'd like to start off by saying yes I have managed to link some of the Alpha testers into the MLS but not all. I will be working at that progressively over this week and maybe into this weekend if things go wrong.

And now on to the topic of the day!

Today, I'd like to make another of my speaches regarding Psion pride because I've noticed an increase in the ammount of assholes (pardon my French) on MyTk who have been insulting people for agknowlaging their psionic powers.

This little speach of mine is adapted from the old Molson Canadian 'I am Canadian' rant from a few years back so I take no credit for creating it. I have obviously replaced some words to make it more relevant to the topic at hand.

I'm not a hippie
Or a druggie
And I dont live in a padded room
Or practice Voodoo
Or own a magic wand
And I don't know how to turn water into wine
Although I'm sure it would be a neat trick.
I have free will and am not a Government experiment.
I read minds not newspapers
And I know what you want each second of every day.
I can proudly visit this site knowing that I am treated as an equal.

I believe in equality not discrimination,
Knowlage not ignorance
And that the mind is more powerful than the sword and the pen.
A ping is a message, a veil is a wall,
And it is more important than you think!
Psions are the 2nd largest population!
The 1st of our kind!
And the best part of Humanity!

My entire point here is to say the following points in a more eloquent way:

1.) Yes, Psions are different than humans but are still human ourselves.

2.) That Psions are an Ethnic Nation (a group of individuals that share a culture, language, and system of beliefs that unites them in a cohesive manner that creates a sense of loyalty towards other members of that group) which means we need to look out for one another.

3.) Yes you can flaunt your powers! Make the whole world know you exist and that you are not just another number, or another drop in the ocean. Let the human race know that we aren't just a rumor!

4.) Yes, we must remain as one. One of my favorite quotes of all time goes something like this...

' I am not a Hindu. I am Hindu, and Budhist, and Christian, and Catholic, and Jewish, and Mustlim, and Athiest, and Communist, and Capitalist, and Socialist because I know that we are all one. That we are all the same, united. United to a common cause, behind a common symbol or trait, humanity shines brighter than one hundred Suns. United we are more mighty that ten thousand armies. United we are louder that the voices that stand against us. United humanity is more powerful than the largest gun, or the most discriminating eye. United humanity is powerful. We are all united... one and together, now and forever we are one.' - Mohandas Ghandi

Another of my favorite quotes of all time is one from my grand daughter:

'Life isn't about waiting for the storm to pass, it's about learning to dance in the rain.' -My Grand Daughter

All I ask is that you think about either or both of the above quotes the next time you find yourself facing the jaws of death, or staring down into the mouth of hell. The next time you feel depressed and suicidal (c'mon I know you can hear me, that's all I see on the member pages!) think about my Grand Daughter's quote. Next time you feel doubt about where you belong, consider the quote from Ghandi.
