Aerokinesis

Unlike many abilities, aerokinesis requires very little practice to start out.

Making winds and stopping them is quite easy.

 

Clear your mind, and project your senses out into the air (do this outdoors).

Then, after you have a solid hold, gently ease the wind into movement.

It takes a few tries, but once you get the hang of it it's ridiculously easy.

 

Here are some useful techniques:

Aero Burst:

Concentrate the already blowing wind into a small area. With practice, you can throw things through the air, without others even realizing that you are using the wind.

Aero Choke:

Actually a combination between aero and telekinesis, this enables you to choke your opponents.

Concentrate the air around their throat, increasing pressure so it cuts off breath.

Will the air inside their lungs to stay still, and not move.

Now, to complete it, use telekinesis to pinch the carotid arteries shut.

Unconsciousness in ten seconds.

Aero Wave:

Gather an enormous amount of air to yourself, while simultaneously causing the wind to circle around you.

Charge the gathered air with energy.

Release it in a wave towards your targets.

Aero Throttle:

Use the wind to slam your target up against a hard surface, i.e., a wall.

Use the wind to blow and hold him there, while using the aero choke.

Drain his energy as will if you wish.

I can personally vouch for the effectiveness of the tech.

Aero Lift/Throw:

This one's tricky.

Make a wind, about 150 mph, and cause it to circle around them very close to the body.

This will disorient them.

Then, generate a wind underneath them. This takes practice.

Now, bring in winds from all four directions. This will lift your target straight up, and it's funny as hell to watch the look on someone's face if they are trying to mug you, and are competely not expecting it.
