Aerokinesis cloud bursting

Look in the sky for a nice cloud then follow these steps 1.visualize the cloud then replacing it with a empty sky 2.try and visualize the cloud slowly dissapearing 3.once it starts to disappear don't stop, keep visualizing

Technically it would be hydrokinesis since clouds are made of water droplets and water vapor.
