About Ki !!
so i made this article and really works!!! dont get dissapointed on your first try ive been writing these for about 1 MONTH or so...now here it is and ive typed on word and paste it here
Beginners:
Start getting comfortable with associating visualization with energy work. As the Introduction article suggested, visualize the energy you manipulate enveloping you, as if the energy were to become a "wall" of protection. You do not have to worry about special programming; this is just meant to be a practice run. When you begin to use the energy for your starter barrier, push the internal energy within yourself out, and shape the energy into a sturdy "wall".
If it helps, pick a partner to work with. Perhaps both of you could exchange tips on how to complete the assignment. Sometimes it’s good to have a 2nd opinion in "problem solving".
Use a bit of creativity. If it is hard to visualize the energy you are working with as a "wall", visualize it as something else that acts as a wall, or try to make learning interesting.
Ex: You have a field. To the left side, you have zombie bunnies. To the right side, you have regular bunnies. You want to keep the regular bunnies from being disembowelled by the zombie bunnies. In order to do this, you must make the "wall" of energy I assigned you. Visualize the wall as a fenced wall to keep the regular bunnies (symbolism for you) safe.
Of course, there are no bunnies and the fence is just a metaphor for the energy you will be working with. However, sometimes creative tools make learning more interesting, and therefore, more effective. If it helps to create a visual like this, then by all means, go for it.
I noticed some of you said you had a bit of trouble with focus. The next tech is for those with such a problem.
Focus Technique:
~Find small items that you have a multitude of. They can be marbles, coins, buttons, straws, rocks-- anything small you can count several times. Note that you do not have to have a ton of items, but it is helpful that they are small enough to be counted several times.
~When you have gathered your items, find a quiet place and dedicate about 10 minutes or so to this activity.
~After you are settled, start counting your items. You may not stop counting till you reach a consecutive number of 500. If you lose count or get distracted, you must start over.
~If you reach 500, increase your goal! Go for 1000. If you can reach 1000 consecutively, then you have successfully completed this focus training technique. You will find that this technique helps build focus in other areas, as well, such as school.
Intermediate Level:
If you find that the beginner technique is a bit too boring for you and you are able to complete it well, I will allow you to move on to the "first" barrier I will teach you. I will dedicate more time to this barrier when everyone is caught up, but its just something for you to work on at the moment.
Shell Barrier:
Revert back to what you learned when practicing Energy Manipulation. Well, what is more basic than the psi-ball? For this technique, you will use principles of the psi-ball to develop a circular "shell-like" barrier around yourself.
This barrier may have a focal point of energy (where the energy is the MOST concentrated). Well, I want you to scratch that idea. I want you all to have a barrier that is absolutely solid, where the "focal point" is not a point at all, but the whole barrier. When you focus energy to 1 point while making barriers, you leave other areas to become "weak spots".
Like the psi-ball, you will spin/swirl energy. Only this time, you will swirl it around your whole self, instead of as a tiny ball. Allow this swirling energy to become dense, like how a psi-ball would.
Now, revert back to where I mentioned focal points. When you first start out, you will probably develop a habit of making a focal point in an area where your strongest chakra point lies. Eventually, after enough practice, you will break this habit. However, it is fine for now, because I want you all to get the feel of how to do this technique.
For now, we will not concentrate on programming. I would just like for those that are at an intermediate level to get the feel of how to create the barrier. I also don't want the beginners to get too far behind.
I will say this, though. If you are at an intermediate level and you see one of your peers struggling, give them tips on how you were able to overcome their particular problem. This learning process can prove to be beneficial to both parties. Sometimes, as intermediate and advanced levels, we tend to forget what it is like to have to go through the "trial and error" process of how to work out a particular problem that the novice/beginner deals with. The practice of problem solving with our peers can keep us attuned with how we once were, and we can pass along helpful information better.
If you have any questions regarding the assignments mentioned above, please leave a comment in the comment section. If you have tried the assignment when I first mentioned it, I would love to hear and discuss your experience with the assignment.
Also, if you would like private assistance, you can always PM me. I realize that some may be shy about their work and I have no problem making accomodations for you.
Thank you for participating,
A.
Ki ball (*) (any method)
Step 1
Put your hands into a cupped shape. Do this by putting both wrists together, both index fingers together and opposite fingers together.
The other cupped shape is this: put your hands over each other like a letter r. Put your most dominant hand on the top and put your fingers together. Put your fingers on the back of the opposite hand.
Step 2
Visualize a blue ball of pure Ki in your tan-tien. You can either do this by looking down or picture it in your mind.
Step 3
Now visualize it turning to a soft, flowing mass of Ki. It no longer takes the ball shape. Visualize it flowing around your tan-tien.
Step 4
Now visualize the river flowing up your chest, and splitting into two rivers below your neck, and each river going down each arm and being stored in your palm/hand.
Step 5
Now visualize it flowing out of your palms and forming a pure blue ball in the centre of your cupped hands. At this point you may feel tingling, pressure, heat or any other sensation.
If you feel a continuous sensation, you have made a Ki ball. If you just feel a short sensation, keep training and practicing.
Ki flame (*)
Step 1
Visualize a ball of blue Ki in your tan-tien. The more you want to power up, the bigger the ball should be. The average is about 10cm X 10cm.
Step 2
Put your arms up in the air with clenched fists.
Step 3
Now you have to thrust your elbows downwards so it is you are elbowing downward, but vertically. While doing this, visualize the Ki ball exploding all over your body. So thrusting your elbows down is like a trigger or a detonator. Dont worry, it wont hurt you. It is your Ki so it does not harm you.
If your sight goes a bit fuzzy, the Ki flame has worked.
Spirit up (*)
Step 1
Visualize your body filling up with pure, blue Ki. A bit like a bottle gets filled up with drink, if you like. Continue this until your whole body is 'full'.
This will improve the energy flow in your body making it easier to move energy around.
Grounding (*)
Step 1
Stand with your feet shoulder width apart.
Step 2
Imagine you have roots coming out of your feet and going down into the earth.
Step 3
Visualize energy flowing up the roots and forming a ball in your tan tien.
You can make the roots whatever size you like. If you want more energy, but less density, you could have the roots wide. If you want less energy, but more density, you could have the roots narrow.
Gathering energy (*) (any method)
Step 1
Put your palms out in front of you.
Step 2
Totally relax.
Step 3
Visualize Ki flowing through the air, into your palms, going down to your tan tien and finally getting stored in there.
Gathering energy (Method 2)
Step 1
Close your eyes.
Step 2
Visualize a gigantic ball of pure white Ki in front of you. Breathe it in, visualize it flowing through your body. On the 'out' breath, visualize black smoke being breathed out. On the 'in' breath, visualize the Ki flowing from the ball and getting breathed in by yourself.
After opening your eyes, you will feel refreshed.
Converting bad energy into good
Step 1
Visualize a gigantic ball of black Ki that turns anti-clockwise in front of you.
Step 2
Visualize it slowing down. As it slows down, visualize the ball of black Ki turning to white. As it turns to white, visualize it spinning clockwise.
Step 3
Visualize the ball of white Ki exploding and all of the bits of white Ki falling down slowly and covering the entire room.
Ki ball #2
Step 1
Put your hands in front of your tan tien so they are facing each other. Do not cup your hands. There should be a hand either side of your tan tien.
Step 2
Visualize a blue Ki ball with a white core in-between your palms.
This technique is probably the easiest to do, and you get results straight from a few tries.
Ki ball #3
Step 1
Put your hands in a cupped shape.
Step 2
Visualize a ball of Ki in your tan tien.
Step 3
Visualize this ball splitting into two balls.
Step 4
Visualize these balls rolling up your chest and stopping at the top of each shoulder. Like you get stuck on the apocalypse ride at Alton Towers in the UK.
Step 5
Visualize another two balls in your tan tien.
Step 6
Do the same as step 4, but the two new balls knock the other balls down your arms, out of your palms to form one ball in your cupped hands. Do this about 10 times.
This techniqe works good, but it may take too long to make if you are in a difficult situation.
Gathering Ki from the wind
Step 1
Put your arms either side of you like a 'T' shape.
Step 2
Feel the wind clashing against your arms. Visualize Ki flowing from the wind into your palms and down to your tan tien.
Gathering Ki (method 3)
Step 1
