Well, first of all you have to get a lucid dream. Lucid dreams in 30 Days:
There you can learn what they are. But if you already had one or more, you know what i mean. ...Ok if you have a Lucid dream: Let everything go and concentrate.Try to train your TK,PK,AK or what ever.In dreams you can concentrate better than in the real world.If you can levitate a house or let a bunch of people burn, your on the right way! Try every lucid dream to train your powers.
Your powers in the real world will grow a lot more better!

i used to get them like every day (night) i would mess with the people in my dreams saying "o hey guys, just in a dream and all, no big deal" but for the last half year i would either get a completly random dream or i would not dream at all :/

Ive had several lucid dreams in the last couple months and it's always usually the same, I feel weightless and can "swim" through the air. It's amazing so I want to know what kind of kinesis it is maybe like levitation?

lucid dreams are very rare for me. The only dream that I remember that i think was lucid was when i was five and everytime i jumped off the stairs I would gently float back down. Then I woke up and had a serious Deja Vu feeling, like i had done that before......

I learned how to dream of your future that is most likely to come and it was Wayyyyy easier and I did it in 2 weeks all u have too. Do is believe and tell ur self " tonight I will dream of my future ..." then state the reAson and somthing u would like tO see when u get good at it.

I've had lucid dreams quite often throughout my life without intending to, but everytime i try to INTENTIONALLY have a lucid dream, weird stuff happens and i wake up a bunch of times through the night and end up with scars and bruises the next day -_- i think i'm doing something wrong? lol maybe i'll stick with OBE's and meditation :P

I have been having lucid dreams since I can remember. I have them all the time. I can fly in them and control anything, move objects, just whatever I want to do. The moment I know I'm dreaming anything is possible. I don't know how I do it, I have just always been able to. They are always very vivid, detailed and clear. I have even astral projected a few times but it scared me.

Every time i have a lucid dream its either a nightmare or my vision is really blurry. And all of my abilties are pumped up tenfold. Ive KILLED a hell of a lot of people in these dreams. Mostly through fire or i throw them around like ragdolls.

I think I recently had another lucid dream. as much as I remember, I was over a sink with the water running, and I was able to move the water around and freeze it.

I once had a lucid dream...it was the most vivid nightmare i ever had...it was on equanox and i was asleep, when i was asleep i was on the bottom of a giant hill. it was a full moon in the dream. and when i looked up at the top of the hill a figure was in front of the moon. The figure was white and black. it had yellow eyes, claws, wings like a bird. It glided down the hill towards me and i ran away. it was too fast and when it got to me i whited out. I think i died in that dream. when i woke up it was midnight and it was a full moon, and i was panting alot

i did not know lucid dreaming was hard to do, i've been dreaming lucid dreams since i can remember, (i'm 11 years old) i think it's easy! iv'e always had lucid dreams about flying electrokinesis and telekinesis, and electrokinesis and telekinesis are my best abilyties

strangly enough, I think I actually already had one lucid dream without even knowing about them. it was AMAZING, I was somehow able 2 control and use the dream without waking up. I dreamed that I was using aero, hydro , mayb geo and pyro, and esspecially, electrokinesis. I must have discovered lucid dreams by instinct. is this a little rare?

Emma, dreams r far more useful than u think, 4 without dreams, there cannot b ideas; everything that is or was began with a dream. Thoughts have energy, and every time u think of a something/place/one, ur mind is in another reality. Therefore, with enough concentration on one dream, u might b able 2 materialize it over time; some dreams r so powerful they become real.

I had these for more than 8 years and it is fun and real hard ( too much concentration needed) to fly and do TK. But I do not see how it helps in the real world. I can not concentrate in reality like I do in my dream. I have only managed to move the psi wheel for a max of 4 minutes but it feels exhausting , it is not that bad in the dream.

u can gain control of ur dreams when u realize that u r dreaming during a dream. once that happens u can control everything. it works for me and is much easier and quicker than 30 days

Well, I practice telekinesis as if it were breathing in nearly all of my dreams, and I'm very rarely aware that I am even out of my dimensional plane, LOL! I have also been able to slow down time from things chasing me like dogs and run really fast, almost like wading through water. Anybody else do this? Because you usually hear the opposite story, that THEY are frozen in time...

but i have to admit, when i had that dream, i would lift the boulder usindg a different pk method. then i focused on a smaller object and lifted it with the method i use in reality. and the aura changed. BLUE.

This does seem to be an advanced techniques disguised in simple steps through visualization. I try a lot of visualization, but nothing extreme as this. It's like that kid from the movie Accepted who wwanted to learn to blow things up with his mind. He did succeed, but all he ever did was stare at the object and concentrate. Theatrics? obviously. It's possilbe, but not probable.

well twilar you may be right but if your expernced in other psionic skills that might help alot with this one.Another thing it is just a matter of what you train thy subconscious to belive if you belive you can learn it in certain

Someone has been watching too many "Charmed" re-runs. That is not to say that it cannot be done, but Piper's form of Psychokinesis is incredibly advanced, and difficult to do. And not only that, It is triggered by fear and is difficult to control once obtained. My thoughts, stick with telekinesis, it is easier to accomplish and useful in more situations.
