Lucid Dreams With TK
Well, first of all you have to get a lucid dream. Lucid dreams in 30 Days:
There you can learn what they are. But if you already had one or more, you know what i mean. ...Ok if you have a Lucid dream: Let everything go and concentrate.Try to train your TK,PK,AK or what ever.In dreams you can concentrate better than in the real world.If you can levitate a house or let a bunch of people burn, your on the right way! Try every lucid dream to train your powers.
Your powers in the real world will grow a lot more better!

u can gain control of ur dreams when u realize that u r dreaming during a dream. once that happens u can control everything. it works for me and is much easier and quicker than 30 days

do frequent reality checks while your awake,so when you dream you'll do reality checks. This shoud take about 2 weeks

Hey, im no expert on lucid dreaming, But do you( the lucid experts) think its possible to attain new abilities while in a lucid dream? ( say like, maybe you induce lucid dreams to practice your abilities and enhance your potential)

Well, I practice telekinesis as if it were breathing in nearly all of my dreams, and I'm very rarely aware that I am even out of my dimensional plane, LOL! I have also been able to slow down time from things chasing me like dogs and run really fast, almost like wading through water. Anybody else do this? Because you usually hear the opposite story, that THEY are frozen in time...

Today i had a bnch of wierd dreams i remmember all of them but one of them i realised i was dreaming and i was able to control myself but then i went to another one and it went back to normal

but i have to admit, when i had that dream, i would lift the boulder usindg a different pk method. then i focused on a smaller object and lifted it with the method i use in reality. and the aura changed. BLUE.

wow cool, i have lots of lucid dreams with astounding pk. i am always by these 2 boulders on my front yard, and i raise my hand halfway and i hardly focus. (in the dream the method is a little different).then the boulder rises from the ground and obeys my minds command.

I naturally have very lucid dreams. Although, rarely I am aware that I am dreaming and I rarely know that I could do whatever I will because it is my own dream. *sigh*

This does seem to be an advanced techniques disguised in simple steps through visualization. I try a lot of visualization, but nothing extreme as this. It's like that kid from the movie Accepted who wwanted to learn to blow things up with his mind. He did succeed, but all he ever did was stare at the object and concentrate. Theatrics? obviously. oh yeah I know what you mean even if I have control its still extremly dangerous all it takes is me geting mad just to blow somones head off,so yeah but uhh I havent had experinces with it butI feel its something I can achieve.

All I can say now it to go for it, BUT...PLEASE BE CAREFUL!!!! The power of molecular combustion (the power to blow things up) is an incredibly dangerous skill with terrible side effects. If you've seen "Charmed" you wil know what I am talking about.

well twilar you may be right but if your expernced in other psionic skills that might help alot with this one.Another thing it is just a matter of what you train thy subconscious to belive if you belive you can learn it in certain amount of time than you can telekinesis and the rest of them take a matter of belief to achieve thus the saying faith can move mountains

Someone has been watching too many "Charmed" re-runs. That is not to say that it cannot be done, but Piper's form of Psychokinesis is incredibly advanced, and difficult to do. And not only that, It is triggered by fear and is difficult to control once obtained. My thoughts, stick with telekinesis, it is easier to accomplish and useful in more situations.
