-kinesis (part 2)
Introduction
This is part 2 for my "-kinesis" series. I got lazy and didnt write more than about 7 kinesis. Now i tell more tips to learn other kinesis abilities. I have tested these techniques and made sure that they work. So if you are intresting to learn basics of some kinesis (even all), read on. Oh, and 1 thing i must to say, is you must to meditate 10 minutes or more before training session. Meditate can open your mind to learn these things more easily. Chronokinesis
The first thing i say is that "time" is illusion of mind. Here is nothing more than this eternal moment. Past is made for our memories and future for ideas, this makes illusion of "time" possible. So, for chronokinesis you DONT learn to bend time-space continuum or something similar! You learn to control minds illusion of "time". I suggest you to place a clock near you and then relax. Listen rhythm of clock and when ready, focus to while between "tic" and "toc". Try to make it longer and if did it, try to make it smaller. This is easiest way to learn this and thats why its good to use that, if you are beginner...
Electrokinesis
Put your first finger out and then move your ki to it. Visualize that there flow electricity outside it. Feel, how does electricity feel and feel that it is there, top of your finger tip. Move your finger near something and then feel, when spark jump out to that object. This takes about 2 weeks to learn, so dont get frustrated.
Vitakinesis
Vitakinesis or healing. This is hard, cause you need someone, who have wound or something similar. You can, of course, cut yourself like emos do and then try to heal these wounds. Place your palm to above that wound. Then move your prana from dan tien through your hand and out your palm and suggest it to heal that wound.
Thermokinesis
Place a thermometer near you. In this technique and some other techniques too i suggest you to practice qi gong, cause it makes that easier to learn. Focus to thermometer and place your palm above it, but dont touch. Move prana to it and try to make it show more degrees. This is no very hard to learn if pracice tai chi or qi gong :D
Geokinesis
Stand up centre of room and slightly bend your knees (no much, a little bit). Focus to your dan tien and when feel much warmth there, good. Move your awareness to molten core of earth and then visualize white, brilliant laser line between dan tien and earths core. Absorb earths energy to your dan tien and when have full energy store, finish. Then do normal ki-ball, but now use earths elemental energy. When ready, shoot that like ki-blast to target.
Atmokinesis
You will need an overcast day or night for this technique. Focus your energy towards a point high above you in the heavens and feel the energy blending with the ether meridian energies in the atmosphere. Now visualize a small hole appearing in the sky above you. See the hole. Feel the hole. Be that hole. Now take a deep breath in and see the hole above you expanding with your energy creating a clearing high above you. This technique may take some practice when you first start out.
Technokinesis
When play some game, try to make bugs there. Or when it load, try to make it load faster, or if your friends game load, make it load slower. Isnt that cool? Im not sure that does this make damge to computer so be careful.

I start to practice all thse 14 kinesis abilities, because i want to learn all abilities.
