"Psi-messaging"
What is Psi Messaging, you ask? Well, think of it as programming a Psi Ball to send a message to one another. It is simple, yet if you get powerful enough, quite effective.
First start off making a Psi Ball, as usual. There are plenty of articles on that matter. Try to make it dense and 'feelable', but beware that wasting too much energy can have negative consequences.
Talk to the Psi Ball. You heard me. Say and concentrate on the thought of sending a message to another. Do whichever way you think is best for you. Personally, I recommend concentrating first on the message, then on the person you want to send it to (his/her face or so), and then the Psi Ball including all those elements.
Now, once after you think you have made a decent Psi Ball, send it off and then visualize in your mind, while still concentrating on the ball, that the Psi will travel to the person and 'deliver' the message. Think of it as a new, "wicked" way of e-mailing. Good luck!

What do you mean by "hole linking and pinging things"? It didn't ring a bell for me....

This is pretty much sending. And this is kinda obsolete by the hole linking an pinging things.
