Hey everyone,Raven here.Since everyone seems to like my story,i will upload another chapter now!Sidenote:The desrciption of Nyx had obviously noting to do with reality,this is  just fiction,so don't get irrtated.

CHAPTER 8:NYX

 

 

The goddess of Night and Darkness leeched the life out of the Angel she was interrogating and went back to her chambers.Wrong.Here hausband's chambers.She had killed Erebus a long while ago.Wrong again.Devoured.The damn sonofabitch abused his power.He was more well known than her a few million years ago.He was worshipped.Therfore,he was much more powerful than her.That was the main reason why she had to devour him.His soul tasted really,really nice, too.She got a hell of a lot of power after that.Now,despite not being worshipped by any, she was well-known.She was even in movies- as the mundanes called them- or even novels.But not only that.Now, many souls,regardless their race want to take in her essence.Become her adopted children.She didn't love them though-noway!Sometimes she would eat their sould,too!And that made her even more powerful.She knew what she had to do now.Only one thing was left:the boy.She spent years to gather the ingredients,getting even stronger.She was finally strong enough to perform the ritual.She would release her,bringing the world to an End.Telikos.With the falling of the Veil...They wouldn't even know what hit them!

But she had to find the boy.The damn bastard was hiding very well.Or maybe someone hid him.Only he could be the Sacrifice.

“Midael!”,she commanded her adopted son. “Get me the boy!Now!As soon as you can!And you will be greatly rewarded.Take this,for your journey will be perilous.You will need it!”.She opened her palm and blew a tiny piece of her dark soul,which slowly entered and fused with Midael's soul.He felt a surge of power all over him.

“Do not disappoint me,and you will never leave my side!”.She was lying,but she was pretty sure Midael believed her.

“Yes,Mother.Thank you,Mother.”

He then departed, probably going back to his body,as she guessed.And Nyx's sardonic laughter echoed all over her realm, freezing from terror and killing everyone who heard it.
